Now is the time for innovative action that provides long-term, comprehensive solutions to critical health needs for Victoria's most vulnerable people.

A $5.3 million philanthropic investment in our community's health was needed and $4.4 million has already been raised. Only $900,000 is needed to pay off the Access mortgage.

A donation to the ACCESS Health Centre supports a stronger community, both providing primary health care for our most vulnerable citizens and freeing up hospital beds and emergency services for others.
 
Accountability

It is a priority for ACCESS to be fiscally responsible, maintain a balanced budget and constantly strive to meet our goals and maximize benefits for the community. We are accountable to the people we serve and our supporters who help keep the doors open.

Over 90% of each donation received funds health care services to individuals. Or donors may specify their donation be used to help build or maintain the ACCESS Health Centre.

Building / Land Acquisition costs $1,189,000
Reconstruction of interior spaces including seismic upgrading and elevator $3,390,000
Construction and escalation contingencies $200,000
Professional fees $291,000
Furnishings and equipment $125,000
Financing fees, taxes and insurance $105,000
Total Capital Costs $5,300,000
