There are over 1,500 homeless people in the Capital Region.
Living on the street may reduce a person's life by 20 years.
Cool Aid’s Community Health Centre supports 4,000 patients.
At least half of people who use drugs by injection in the region don't have a doctor.
1 in 10 people who use drugs by injection are HIV positive and 7 in 10 are hepatitis C positive.
Each year, AVI serves over 5,000 nutritious meals to people with HIV.
25% of homeless people in Victoria are women aged 21-30, and 25% of homeless women care for their children.
Over 40% of homeless people in the region have an addiction to drugs or alcohol and over 40% have a mental illness.
